Advertising Terms

We will advertise your property or business on our website for 6 months and email details to all relevant registered users (you can ask us to amend the advertisement, flag it as sale agreed/under offer or remove it at any time). Enquiries will be forwarded by email to you, so that you can respond to any queries and conduct viewings.

Your name and contact details will not be disclosed to anyone unless you instruct us to do so and you can withhold the premises address from the advertisement also if you wish.

We will not make any further charges when a tenant/buyer is found through this service. We will not reference the tenant/purchaser or place solicitors in touch etc when a tenant or buyer is found or liaise between parties. If you require these services you would need to appoint us as your agent in the usual way.

Important notes:

You undertake:

  • That you are the sole/joint legal owner or tenant of the Freehold or Leasehold interest of the property, or are authorised to agree to these terms of business.
  • To check the website listing for the property & advise us of any amendments required or if the information provided is not wholly accurate to the best of your belief and to indemnify us accordingly (you should also notify your solicitors and the buyers/tenants of any relevant changes which occur during the letting/sale process).
  • That any asking/guide price or rent quoted will be based on your instructions to us and does not represent a valuation by us.

It is a legal requirement that an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) must be commissioned before a commercial property is marketed for sale or rent. If you have not already put this in hand we would be pleased to obtain a quote on your behalf and forward this to you for your consideration (we will require proof that an EPC has been commissioned prior to marketing as substantial fines can be imposed for non compliance).

We reserve the right to decline any advertisements.
